This policy explains how the Travis White Family Reunion ("we", "us") handles information collected through the registration form at traviswhite.onfleek.live.
When you register, we collect the name, mailing address, email address, and mobile phone number you provide, along with attendee details and payment method selection. This information is used solely to coordinate the family reunion (June 26–28, 2026).
If you check the optional SMS consent box on the registration form, you agree to receive text-message reminders about reunion logistics (schedule, lodging, travel, and last-minute venue or weather changes) sent from the Travis White Family Reunion.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect your reunion registration.
Registration data is retained only through the conclusion of the 2026 reunion and reasonable follow-up, then deleted.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a private, access-controlled system used only by the reunion organizing committee.
